The Sailing Ceremony of the 13th South Sea (Yangjiang) Fishing Festival was held at Hailing Island yesterday, which was presided over by Yangjiang Deputy Mayer Feng Songbai. After Secretaty of the CPC Yangjiang Municipal committee Wei Hongguang announced the end of fishing off season and the beginning of the whole ships departing, more than 700 ships departed from Zhapo central port to start catching fish.
